Green River Reservoir

These photos were taken on a camping trip at the Green River Reservoir in Hyde Park, Vermont, in July of 2009. Duncan and Wilson are the 'camping in the rain filth' models. It rained most of the time, and was foggy and dark the rest of the time so the loons were a bit of a challenge. . . fortunately they are completely unafraid of people, kayaks, and cameras. It was a challenge keeping equipment dry; many of these were shot in the rain. On the plus side, I didn't set myself completely on fire like I did in 2008. Once again, though, my cell phone did go in the lake. Two for two on that score. . .
